Fisrt of all, what are safe temps for the notebook to be at? My notebooks gets up to 83C when im not playing a game... is that normal?
Also do the drivers controll the fan? After I installed the XTreme G driver, it seems like the fan isnt on nearly as much. It waits till it its 83C to turn on, and then turns off at 70C. I would be more comfortable if it turned on sooner, and turned off later.
There is an option to run the fan at all times... which would have been really nice IF IT WORKED. : |
And im not going to use i9kfangui. Yes I do like the program, but the false GPU temp reasons scare me. Also, I couldnt find a uninstall last time, an for whatever reason it made it so the fans would NEVER turn on if the program wasnt running....
