Can I use the a PA-15 power adapter from a Inspiron 9100 in place of a PA-10 on an Inspiron 8500. The PA-10 is 19.5v and 90w and a pa-15 19.5v and 150w. I know thre is a difference in wattage but sometimes this will not affect some units. Just want to double check before plugging it in LOL.

It will work just fine

Yes, it will work. The 90W or 150W mean the maximum loading it will hold. So it will just be fine using a PA-15 with Inspirion 8500.
