Sager 8790 Bios will not load

After the power button is pushed, I get the Bios load progress screen with the Intel Inside logo at the top left and on the bottom status bar is "Press F2 for System Utilities", then the blue progress bar (which stops at about 10%) and the phoenix logo in the bottom right. This page will never finish loading. F2 is nonresponsive. The fans do come on but FN+F10 to turn fans on high was nonresponsive on my first couple tries, but after the sleep reset FN+F10 does respond. I have tried the sleep mode reset with only result being FN+F10 and FN+F11 now seem to work. First major problem with the sager after 2+years. Help

8790 3.0 P4 single 60gig drive, no modifications.

Finally loaded after several tries. I will do a complete backup to a slave external drive. Scared to turn off machine before attempting a repair. Any ideas?
