I purchased this Nook Color specifically because I was taking a very long trip to China and wanted to be able to read without carrying a ton of books. I also liked that it had email capability...
This is an awesome mouse with an excellent grip for a mid sized to large size hand. Right-handed, comfortable, trendy, upscale, red, responsive, functional, task oriented.
Overall A+++
Fantastic had this machine 6 months and can honestly say have had no bother with it. Plays games better than most desktops and keeps up with the rest which is outstanding for a...

Hi all, finally I got my D620 today, everything was great except the screen is very grainy and hard to read. I have an AUO screen. I am thinking upgrading it to the D820, what do you guys think?
Just a little better? I see the text as sharp and crisp. Light leakage was not as bad as the LG in retrospect. I had only an EXTREMELY limited viewing angle when looking at the LG (lateral and vertical). The viewing angle is significantly better with the Samsung; and the screen brightness is definitely better with the Nvidia.

Anyone try other games on their systems yet?
well i haven't seen the LG screen. i'm only comparing it with the AUO screen... the grainy/matte texture is also still there on the samsung screen although definitely not as bad as on the AUO. i guess it would be hard to tell just by itself, but i can really notice it when placed next to my 700m screen...
Has anyone tried to the VGA->SVIDEO/composite video out adapter that is widely available on Ebay and advertised to work with XPS and Latitude notebooks?
I guess the requirement is that the VGA connector actually supplies the analog tv-out signals.
My D620 is due to arrive soon, but I'd be curious if anyone can/has confirmed this.
I read the comment that some like the screen and some of the screen are grainy.
How can I avoid this mistake and not have the grainy screen?
Also, about the modular CD, can you have something empty in it? Basically, does Dell include a empty modular so I can carry it even lighter? Manuals says it is a Travelite Module. Is it included?
No Chong it is not a full size pcmcia slot, it is just as wide but not as thick. It also doubles as the smart card reader so the best way to tell you is that it is just thicker than my ID card. I dont have any express cards to test it out for ya but I hope that helps.
Got my D620... Can check my mini-review in Dell's Review and Benchmark section.
While my screen IS NOT grainy, you can see light leakage particurlarly from the bottom and noticeably around the sides. BTW, system is from the Outlet and labelled Cert Refurb.
In my opinion, you'd be better of getting the Dell Truemobile BT 350 module. I've had it on several of my dell laptops and it works fairly well. The new Toshiba v4 stack isn't too bad either. Seems to work fine with my GPS, headset and logitech mouse. They go for around $30 on ebay. You can install it yourself (download the service manual from Dell's site). I believe you need to open the top cage cover over the keyboard (fairly simple) in order to get to the unit. Lastly, you don't have to worry about an external dongle and potential breakage of it.

Can you run a passmark performance test on your D620 and save the baseline results and post them on here? The program is free frow www.passmark.com and it would really help me in deciding whether or not it's worth me upgrading our fleet of D600's

Thanks,
How do you upload the results to this site. I cannot seem to find how to add attachments?
The Passmark rating is 483.2 but I didn't run the CD ROM test.
