whats a good overclocking tool for x1400?

if everything goes as plan, ill be getting an e1505 with the x1400 video card. when i get it, some of the first things i hope to do, is to get a fresh install, get the programs i need, then overclock the notebook. only thing is, i dont know any good programs for it

also, can u overclock the cpu and ram in a notebook? i would assume so...but not sure. what would be some good programs for that?

i use it for my R9550
boosted it from 250/196 to 372/330, It's a real crappy card! but the oc gets the job done

how long should i let it run for? and in the .25 version, is it normal for it to go to a screen with all vertical lines? heres a video showing what i mean
