I program my own satellite cams using a programmer bought several months ago,one of my relations came to visit and brought his laptop with him where you can put the cam to be programmed straight into the pcmcia slot and it fits no probs, when i look to insert it into my machine the cam does not go all the way home, the slot seems to taper to about 20-30mm at the pins and the cam is 54mm wide at the pin end.what i am asking is ,does anybody know of any kind of adapter to bring it upto 54mm..any feedback would be great

I have this memory installed in my Inspiron 14R. 6gb (one 2gb & one 4gb). Great performance! I highly recommend Kingston.

Your Amilo has an Expresscard slot, which is quite different from regular PCMCIA.
It is supposed to be the next generation of notebook cards, but despite its superiority it is not used much by manufacturers yet. As you can see on the official website, there are few products listed, and I'm afraid that an adapter seems to be out of the question.
