Hi-I received my 8204 last Friday and due to Buzzing sound/Bad OrbiCam ACER has asked me to send back the unit for repair. Does anybody know whether I just need to send back the laptop without any power cord, battery, VOIP Phone etc. OR do I send back the whole PACKAGE? I tried calling ACER today but I just get voicemail and I want to mail it first thing tomorrow morning. Any pointers will be appreciated.
