Would be very nice!

And why would that be? Its already perfoming on par with the 7900gtx.
Nothing suggests that a different bios would help...

As mentioned above there is no need. I don't even feel the need to overclock..yet.

there is a thread here that tells you how to grab your bios from the card, modify it and then reflash your card with it. That's what I did. If i find the thread I'll post it here.

Thank you very much , he is everything very strange, if I put the program in Spanish, says error to me of zbuffer and in English not , if you a little while have, you prove demo that I put above, and digame if it works to him well. To try to look for post to modify the bios, but I am using google translate and it costs to me much

A greeting from Barcelona

The performance and quality slider is not available in the default nvidia display panel for the quadro. Vsync is set to application dependant.

most of the people who overclock also use 3rd party drivers so he should have it. also if u just do the 7900gtx softmod and then use 7900gtx drivers that are third party like laptop2video those should have it.

Yeah I know..I just haven't grabbed new drivers. I think the dell driver is 84.29 so it's pretty new. I will try one out tonight. I was bogged down with wireless problems that sucked away most of my free time.

I found no increase in using 3rd party drivers when using my Quardo. Maybe 10 pts if that.
I dloaded 84.43 from laptop to go and my score went down by 8 points and still no performance/ quality slider in control panel.

i can use driver XtremeG or 87.08 of laptopvideo on my M90?

if m90 is up to par with an m1710 why all the fuss about that it won't perform in games as well as the m1710 even with relatively close 3dmark scores?

Also I know nvidia designed the quadro from a cad perspective and the 7900 from a gaming perspective. Shouldn't the cards be better in their respective fields?

If the m90 is just as good for real gaming, not just 3dmark scores, why wouldn't everyone go with the m90. Isn't it cheaper, can be used in a business setting because of its looks and you can use cad programs on it?

they are basically the same card with some differences in the drivers for OpenGL. I've had no problem running Doom3 or Farcry on it. Granted those are older games, but Farcry at Max Settings at 1920x1200 yields me about 30fps with out overclocking. (and I mean everything set at very high and antiscopic filtering set at 8 (I guess that's the highest setting).

Anyways.....you don't get Media Direct (for those that like that feature), some love the lights, and even the looks. not everyone is looking for a professsional looking machine. And I would say that the prices are on par with each other.
