i got like 9650 with the gtx mod and 91.31... good luck... rememeber to turn off vsync and sent the card to high performance

what are ur clock/mem speeds?
I couldnt get the 91.45 to install so I went to the 91.47, no increase, got 10138 at 625/775. Got 6125 in '06
post #83 of 104
man thats a pretty hardcore memory clock u have there... im gonna try the 91.47 to see if any increase... thanks for the info... btw what processor you have? cuz i got 10184 for 05 and 5758 for 06... ur score is almost the same for 05 but VERY different for 06...
I have the wxga screen is why my 06 score is so much higher. I upped my speeds to 630/790 and scored 10283 in '05 and 6183 in '06. Think those are the highest scores on this board.

U Get 630/790 Estable?

Which drivers did u use for getting 6100 on 3dmark06? i have 625/755 which is now very far from you and my max is 5764 with 91.47
post #86 of 104
I ended up getting some artifacts so I reflashed to 629/784, and its now stable with 10250 in '05 (i edited the post above not '03 and '05 but 05 and 06). I haven't put AS on my heatsink yet, that might help.
how the hell do u get that high!!!
Dont know, I've hit a point where more core doesnt get me anymore frames. Like in the first game on '05 in the ship I hit about 59 fps and just cant go up no matter what I do....

the screen resolution does not matter, unless you are doing the 3dmark06 at 1024x768 in which case i would understand how come u got 6100+ points.

In the ship and with my frecuencies i get 61fps!! estable all the way, and in the "ballon ship" test i get sometimes as high as 77-79 fps...

Right...

want proof or what?
Yes, please. Give us a few screenshots of 1900 x 1200 with 4x aa and all settings high, with 30 fps at least being displayed.
there you go 30 fps! with 4xx and all to high, plus setting things to view trees and stuff from faaar distances...

more pictures on the way

I Hope this is good enough for you...

note: i had to convert from bmp to jpeg. i dont know if it means something to the quality.
From what I can tell, 4x AA isn't enabled in those screenshots.

i am sure it is, however im gonna take more screenshots if you want.

EDIT: you where right, instead of 4aa was hdr or something like that... i changed, but got like 2-3 less fps.. still 28-30 outside. And i cant see the difference

Eh, maybe I'm just in a state of disbelief from my shitty 6800 non ultra .

its ok, not a big deal, tho i have to say that atm my graphics card its oc to a much more higher core and mem than the 7950gtx which is the most powerfull graphics card for laptop atm...

HDR disables AA.

see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dy...ange_rendering

Having tried it at 1920x1200 with bloom and 4xaa, I have to say I prefer it at a slightly lower resolution and with HDR enabled.

I thought the 7950 GTX is a revision of Dell's OC version of 7900GTX?? So you run your 7950GTX @ 625/755?? I figure the default vcore of 7950GTX is 1.32v right? I still using the 7900GTX default vcore @ 1.24v with the setting at my sign. I did not try anything higer because that is the highest setting in my GPU BIO bootdisk. Perhaps I should play with highest setting for fun again. But... I don't see too much different when running a little higher setting...
