How do I reinstall WinXP professional?

I got a trojan horse virus and it messed with my 9880. It turned off system restore, and messed up some directories. I want to do a new clean install of windows and wipe out everything from my primary hard drive. I put in the windows cd, and make it so that in BIOS the cd drive boots before the hard drive. I have 2 sata hard drives. I start windows from the CD, but after i press f8 to agree, it says to pick a drive to format or something, but then i get a blue screen of death. I think that windows hates my hard drives.

How do i reinstall windows. I just got a floppy usb drive. I heard that I need to put drivers on it. Which drivers do I put on it? Do I make it so that in BIOS the Floppy drive comes before the Cd drive or what? I do not think that windows reconizes the SATA drives. I have the driver CD.

I heard that I may need a boot disc too. What is a boot disk and how do i make one?

Thanks a lot. I am using Windows XP Pro. Sager 9880. Go6800 Ultra, 2 GB ram, 2X 100GB Sata HD. P4 650 3.4GHZ CPU. WUXGA.

I wrote this about 18 months ago so the BIOS pics might be a little off but you should still get the idea.
