I believe you have to do it through the school and depends on whether the school has an agreement with Dell. Arizona State (where I attend) is a Dell school, we get 10-15% off. I have to go through our book store to get the web address for it though. Check yours.

Call your schools Guidance office and make sure they are registered with Dell. They will give you the schools MemberID. Then head to www.dell.com/epp to place your order.

you can get a standard % off if you dont know the ID.

id be interested to know a school code, just to see what , if any better it is than the standard school discount

can anyone PM me one just to test it out?

its exactly the same. Well in my case there is one suggested model for the school, but it is usually overpriced for you'd actually get.

But the school MemberID's often get special 16% off 2000$ w/ 3yr warranty instead of 12%. They run that promo about 1-3 times a year.

nah, ill use my 40% stuff.

never understood why people use student stuff instead of at home. too much money for the same thing

Call 800-973-3355. Tell them where you go to school, then politely make up an excuse for not being able to use a 40% off coupon you had a few weeks ago. Make the rep feel sorry for you and ask if they have another one they can apply.
