How to strip Inspiron 1200 into pieces?

My first post...I have stubmbled into this great forum by accident... I was looking for an answer how to strip (dissassemble) a notebook. The point is that I'm using this (poor) Inspiron 1200 notebook (256/15"/40G) for several months and now I would like to upgrade it. There is no DELL support in my country, so any upgrade/modification I must do myself (buy parts from ebay or something...wait until they arrive..and then do it). However, when I started the process (and removed over 25 screws), I have noticed several small screws under the panel. Does anyone knows the exact procedure (or point to a useful link) how to dissassemble Dell notebook into pieces? I'm looking here for almost an hour, but with no result. I would like to know what my possibilities for upgrade are. So far, it is obvious that memory, HDD, DVD-CDRW can be upgraded. Also, I would like to take a look inside :-). Anyway, this notebook is using Celeron M 350 1.3GHz processor (Dothan mPGA-479M). Does anyone know is there a way to upgrade this processor to something better?

If this thread is maybe on a wrong place, then I'm terribly sorry (also, excuse my bad english). Thanks to all...

Support.Dell.com

go there, and put in the service tag for your machine or just choose the machine you want, go to the service guide, and voila! instant how to turn your laptop into individual parts.

Excellent!! Thanks very much. This was very helpful...now I need to get to the next point....microprocessor upgrade....anyone knows what type of processor can I use...right now I use Celeron M 350 (Dothan mPGA-479M). Is there any chance that this CPU could be replaced with some Centrino...and if there are some limitations, what are they?

Thanks again for the link above.
Great.

Why do you think that?
Am I missing something important here?
Do you think it can't be done (or it's not worth doing it)?

yes, you can upgrade it. i would put a 1.6 400fsb in it. you can get those for a very good price. remember it has to be 400fsb.
that is a fine laptop. everyone hates them but they work fine. i have 2 of them for my kids and they are pretty rough with them. they are holding up wonderfully. you will see a great increase in battery life with the speed stepping.

My point exactly. Maybe it's not much, but it works OK for me and can be upgraded for a few $. Anyway, Variable...I was thinkin' about the same 1.6GHz CPU.

Thanks for support, guys. I really appreaciate that.
