I can guarantee it works 100% OK under XP. You must follow the install instructions to the letter. Also you must have quickset installed and Net Framework 1.1.

Thats all I can suggest im afraid.

Hey Guys, Sorry to sound like a Nub, i cant really be bothered reading thru the entire thread so i apologise if im raising and already solved issue.
Can some one post the link for me, for the XPS LED control, that will work with Vista Ultimate?
I downloaded the first link for the app on the first post, but it came up with an error when i tried to register the.dll files with the application :

"The module "xpsutils.dll" failed to load

Make sure the Binary is stored at the specific path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependant .DLL files

The specified module could not be found."

If anyone knows wat to do with this, could you please tell me, or just post the link for the vista version and i will see if that works.

Thanks in Advance

Well I have Vista Home and use LightFX for winamp etc. I do have trouble getting it working with Itunes as I get a greyed out box which is annoying. Works fine with winamp and wmp.

Anyways it makes the lights flash and all that stuff. . Make sure u have Dell Quickset installed also as this must be opened to select the plugin options.

You have not installed the Net Framework.
