Use 9400 with Media Center to display on TV?

Hi, I'm a new 9400 owner with Media Center. Already, I can see some great features of Media Center, but can't figure out how to do a couple of things.

The main one concerns displaying on my TV screen.

Using the video adapter and s-video output, I can get a picture on my television screen. However, it's not correctly sized. I've tried various options in the nVidia settings - dualview, clone etc.

My question is, can MCE not automatically detect the TV screen and display any video correctly sized on that TV screen?

With my old 8100, using winamp I could have the video sent correctly to my TV, while the main desktop still showed my general laptop desktop, which I could work on separately.

Any help much appreciated - doing this is one of the main reasons I got MCE!

Cheers

Minor addition to my own post - I can get the Media Center edition to display by manually dragging the window off the screen, but fullsizing the MCE window then starts both TV and laptop flashing.

Any help out there?

I will have to play with that when I get home today, the full screen issue is all in the display panel properties, should not have anything to do with MediaCenter at all. But I will know more when I hook it up to my tv later..

Mine plays fullscreen...or I think it does, I certainly don't miss much, if any...

I use an S-Video to SCART lead tho, so maybe that's it?

I always double-click on the top of the MediaCenter window to get it full-size... and there's no flashing.
