this sound program doesn't work

I got my computer with the regular sound card and I can't seem to find a way to connect everything on it. I need the headphones, the speakers and a micro and I can't connect the headphones with the speakers... what am I doing wrong? Thus the program the checks them wont recognize the headphones as them

first of all, what soundcard do you have

and yor not going to be able to have your speakers and hedphones in at the same time, unless you have a breakout box, or a jack on the speakers.
