standby problem.

weird thing happened today.

closed my lid and put it in standby.

20 minutes later, unplugged it, moved it.

didnt plug it back in.

and when i opened my lid power it up, i got a blue screen, something bout memory.

could this be because no power to keep memory powered up? i dunno.

code 0x00000007.

try to reproduce the problem. does it happen every time you return from standby, or only under the condition described above? if it's a one time thing, it could have just been related to a surge or something, though if it happens every time you go standby, unplug, etc as described above, it could relate to your battery, the mobo, etc. or it could be a software issue. remember back when XP first came out, and standby never worked as intended?
