Nvidia 7800Go vs Nvidia 7900GS?

Have an E1705 Dell with the Nvidia 7800 Go card... was looking at the notes for the new flash bios, which states that it adds support for the Nvidia 7900gs. I'm a sucker for the latest and greatest video card, so I'm thinking about getting the card and upgrading it myself. Any idea how the two cards compare? Is it really worth the money to upgrade to the 7900GS?

the 7900 GS is comparable to the 7800 GTX
