few of you guys called and asked for replacment card? don't they want some proof or asking a lot of questions how it was damaged and so on?
I have a 9400 with x1400

and I want to buy the 7900gs and hopefully get it replaced for me, but the lady said in the phone that I just can change it myself, I have 3 years of warranty and my comp is 1 month old, isn't it their duty to help me with replacement and all that?
beacuse I'm not that great with laptops insides, I don't like to go there

she also said that the best idea was for me to buy one from a local store instead from dell, but I haven't seen any store in my country that sell it yet
