Sorry to hear that you won’t get it in time bjiceman, it would probably save you some money in Vegas. Have fun anyway.

Congrats and you will love it. As for the shipping, based on the postings and my own experience, I would guess that you will most likely have 1 more delay. Of course we are now past the 18th and you are most likely in Vegas. Don't loose to much money

Here is the latest update on my FX7. The machine is still being built , the custom graphics are taking some time to do. Hypersonic contacted me today at let me know that they are putting in the Nvidia GeForce Go 7900 GTX PCI Express 512MD in my system.
Now I can not really wait to get my machine. Will let you all know when it gets here.

Glad you provided an update. I was wondering and since I havent been near my work email (you know how I am about working when not at work)... I hadn't heard anything.

Nice upgrade too.

Custom graphics can be a bear - but they look awesome when they are finalized.

UPDATE:
I received an email last Friday asking me for the customs graphs that I want. My machine has been at the paint shop for over four weeks now and someone has realized that they can not find the file that I sent when I ordered. I guess it will be another three weeks before I get my machine. At this rate, I will be an old man by the time I get my machine. (No need to commit on that ratmyr)

I am doing my best to get things pushed down the line. I am not privvy to most of the goings on when it comes to build time, but I do stick my nose into stuff when asked.
Needless to say, I am sticking my nose into this one. Please be sure to contact Customer Service for updates.

Pat, the next day I contacted Brian, Steve and Allie and we worked out the problem. What happened was the graphic that I sent was not of high enough quality. When Steve wrote me asking for the graphic, he did not say that, he wrote that they need the graphic. After about one hour on the phone with all three, we have configured a new machine and they now have a new and better graphic to work with.
Thank you for your support.

That raid is gonna be screaming, just remember of course you are more likely to see hdd failure because if either one of them goes the data is toast. It should all be imaged anyway right?

Yes I know that if one hard drive fails I have lost all my data, so I keep back ups on a file server with 1.3 terabyte. I will let you know if it screams once I get it.

I received my machine yesterday. The paint and custom graphs are sweet . I will be putting some pictures in this weekend. I started loading and configuring it last night and will finish tonight. So far I am very impressed with it. I will write all that up in my review in a few weeks.
That looks sweet!
Post some pix of the unpack to check out how good it was when you got it.

Looking forward to the review and pics as well.
