This forum "Notebook General" has more posts than any other besides Sager (this includes AW). The majority of posts (this is an unresearched assumption on my part btw) deal with ABS notebooks. Do you think it's about time to introduce an ABS forum?
Just an idle thought.

I'm up for an ABS forum .. ill be getting one soon .. such better deals than gateway / dell / hp / etc. IMHO

Make it 8 / 9? I ordered a g1 about a week ago. I'm a little concerned that I was told it would ship in 10- 15 working days but I'm in no rush. I bought an ABS desktop about 2 years ago and I'm very happy with it so I'm looking forward to getting my new notebook.

How about opening a new thread, sort of like a petition, and ask everyone who has bought an ABS to sign (post a reply) with their model number, etc?

yup... ABS FORUM!.... or maybe just a F2 section just to piss off dashby.

maybe replace the dell forum, since Dell has official forums for its customers.... I mean... its not really necessary to have two places to read Dell's customer complaints!? lol

Well, fwiw, I don't think it should necessarily be ABS forum since the ZForce2 is just one branding of the Wistron unit. I will be getting either one such non branded Wistron unit or an Asus M6N come Monday. Still stuck on the fence at the moment though.... Decisions decisions.....

So, it's been established, we've got at least 8 ppl out here with ABS notebooks. Truly satisfied individuals (at least the G1 folks) I feel. A non-anonymous board would be a marvelous way to show the whole notebook world our numbers and unity. We are family....yes, we are family. Sing it boys!

Uhm 8 is still less than gateway's overwhelming 10000 people...



Cmon guys, get your grandma/dad/mom/daughter/sister/brother etc... Church yada yada all buy ABS.

PS. we should get special discounts for being good customers.
