I agree with both sides on this one. While I agree that you damn well should be compensated MrGOOD, and so should everyone who has had DOA's and multiple repair shippings, just because AW couldn't get it right the first time.
However, if Alienware compensated everyone with issues, then they would either go out of business, or start charging more than Voodoo. It's just not good policy on their part.
No one is denying that it really sucks, or that they're being a$$holes on occation. I'm afraid the best you can hope for is a speedy fix and the missing DVD.
