Cooling fan?

When ever I use my lappy (which is down right now due to a crash) the fan is always being run. Is that normal?

For me it seems like its always running.... on low if im using normal apps and with games its on high

the fan should be running at low speed all the time.
do you mean it´s running at fullspeed all the time?

try disconnecting the fans in your desktop and lemme know the outcome.
