From what i can gather, you're dead on. Now if we could get some with 4-4-4-12 latencies, that would be a different stroy

You'll like the new proc. Will talk to you in PM once it has arrived.

Agreed (heck, even 3/3/3/12 on some of the brand new 800 stuff).

Anyway, looking forward to the PM. Till then, i await word (which i dont expect) from the CPU-Z guys.

Well, still no word from the CPU-Z Guys, but the setFSB maker did get back to me (same day even), but told me:

Hi Daniel-san, Thanks for your E-mail.
I am busy now. To my regret, I cannot support it. Please resign oneself it.
So, one software program down. Kind of a let down- if i had the experience, i would try writing something, but alas not enough system level xp...

That's the same reply i got from SetFSB too. I asked him a few weeks ago.

Still just a waiting game...

Yeah.. i think i will drop the CPU-z guys another letter.
Anyone else that knows how to work with PLLs we could try?

Nope, those were the only 2 that came to mind for me.

I'll shoot cpuid another e-mail. I know he wants to make a paying clockgen eventually, perhaps donating a few bucks would have him respond

The only other idea i have is to hit up some Mac forums. They are using the Core Duo's and i'm sure they want to overclock them too.
