Calling everyone with Photo's of your lappy

Hey all,

I also wanted to provide an area where everyone can view a large collection of photo's of Sager Laptops.
Since I don't have one yet.... (on its way) I didn't want to post any photo's without get permission first...

So if any1 has photo's of their lappy, and want to share them in a central place so that potential sager groupies can view them... please, either post them on my website under the gallery (http://www.neocore.co.uk) (it's easy to do) or, e-mail me (neo_core@hotmail.com) giving your permision to post them, and a link to where they are on the forum.

Just trying to help the community out a little, cause it has made for a really good read lately... (silly usps) and it's nice to know I am getting a quality laptop.

?? why? I can easily add a gallery forum if you guys want one. I've been considering it and a few more add ons. Considering most of the pictures taken and posted here are actually from me lol. I'll be posting some Powerbook vs Sager 5660 UXGA LCD comparison shots later tonight. You started another forum for Sager owners?!? Talk about a slap in the face from a member

Hi PCTorque,

I apologise, I didn't even realise that the forums were online (they were meant to be deactivated as they are still a beta PHP-Nuke implementation of PHPBB)

I am a club member of PHP-Nuke and I test the beta distribution of thier CMS... basically, I am sager on the mind right now, and I was browing these forums while testing my site, I though no better way to test the forum heirarchy than using an exisiting model.

I do apologise, and in no way do I want to take away form yuor efforts of creating such a great community, I have removed the offending forums... I had no intention of them being used, why try to move a community like this? it's already blooming and it's what convienced me to buy Sager, hopefully I decision I won't regret.

I wanted to add some stuff for the community, that is all, and I can accept that you might be aprehensive at me barging in, but please accept that my intentions were well intended.

If you feel that any of my posts are inapproiate, I will understand if you use your powers as an admin to remove them, as you have worked hard to get the communtiy following you have.

lol, no it wasn't offending. I was messing with you, but I did wonder if you were trying to get at we weren't doing a good job on these forums.

hehe... sorry about that, their gone now.

You have a great set of forums running... I was just trying to help the community with downloads and photo albums, and if you needed I would be willing to help you set up such a thing.

I know how hard a community is to keep... try 120 or so local youth members, spread all over northern ireland, using www.the-search-website.co.uk as their main method of communication.

120 is a small group when you compare it to this site, but when you realise that the 120 I am dealing with have very little knowledge of computers, forums and communities, they seem a lot bigger. I have my hands full with them, never mind a large community base like this!
