Sager 5720 CPU wont overclock above 6%

I can't clock the cpu above 6%, at 9% I get all kinds of errors. at 12% it simply locks up in prime? Temps look normal though. Any trick on how to do voltage mod to make it stable at 15%. I also got the gpu at 415 and 1.15. Any other tips would be really handy, also what is the best cpu temp and gpu temp monitor out there for these laptops? Also any other tips and tricks are highly welcomed.

you can adjust your voltage with notebook hardware control.

but it could also be your ram that causes the carshes. if extra voltage doesn't help, you probably won't be able to overclock any higher.

Keep in mind, not all chips are equal. They might have been made with good conditions one day and then the next day a batch that couldnt clock as high. You might not have gotten overclock worthy chips.
