Hypersonic??????? Sager?????

Is it me or is Sega and Hpersonic the same machines.......they look like twins...I configured a Sager with the same options plus a fe extra's and it came out $300 bucks less.........

They are based off of Clevo systems which can be seen at www.clevo.com.tw

HyperSonic offers great paint options and better warranty options. Otherwise, other than a few spec and price differences, they are pretty similar.

Yes they are both built by Clevo then "personalized" by the end vendors. You can also find them at Falcon Northwest, powernotebooks.com and many other vendors as well. I bought my NP5720 aka Hypersonic CX7 Aviator from Hypersonic and now I am buying its replacement the NP5760 aka Hypersonic Aviator as a Sager branded laptop from powernotebooks.com. Good luck!

I posted this in another thread but the CX7's that are listed on the site are more specific to the NP5760 - not the 5720. If you look, the 5720 does not provide dual core or a 7900GTX card.

Hypersonic keeps the same model for minor/mid upgrades to a system. Like the EX7 that actually encompassed the Sager's 9860 and the 9880, the CX7 is spanning the 5720 and 5760 models.
