beyond 15 days, they go by the number of dead/stuck pixels in different areas of the screen, but anything 5 or more anwhere they'll replace it

How sure are you though? I decided to call Gateway to ask about this matter. The guy who picked up the phone said I will have to send it in and it's up to the discretion of the technician to see whether I get a exchange even if I get one dead pixel.
