I would like to replace the Turion ML30 in my TM4402 with a Turion MT40.

But I have a couple of questions first.

1: Is it compatible?
2: How hard is it to replace a CPU in a notebook? Ive built about a hundred PC's in my time, but have never upgraded a notebook (other that the WUXGA LCD) thanks to the step by step tutorial

Is there a step by step tutorial out there? I looked but couldnt find one..

Lastly, will I really notice much difference? I do alot of gaming, photoshop, and dvd burning. I have already added 512Mb of ram, but there was negligable difference except when gaming. I want to speed up the DVD burning time.
