How to remove the HDD from the Z83 (A7D)...?

Hi, I'm replacing the 80GB HDD with a 120GB one.

I've removed the HDD cover under the Z83 and there is a flimsy ribbon attached to the top of the HDD apparently to pull the HDD out of the NB.

Well I tried hard pulling and the HDD doesn't budge out of the NB!! If I pull on the ribbon anymore its bo vund to rip!!!

There are no visible screws holding the HDD in place, only the HDD cover screws visible.

So what's holding it in?
Is it just a tight fit?

Are there any tipps from other asus users on how to get the HDD out without causing any damage?

HD is in the HD tray but it slides out with the tray.
Just try pull it a little bit harder.
