ahh URGENT help please!!!!!!!!!

I just got my e1405 today, and was trying to export the songs from my ipod to my itunes library on the e1405. it didnt work, so i tried to restart the computer and now it is stuck on the "Windows is shutting down..." screen. what should i Do??

Try....

Press and HOLD the power button. It will take some time, but then it should power down...

Hope that works for you ....
