Who would I be threatening in this board with canceling my order? This is obviously (especially in your case) a fan-driven board and I doubt AW would really care or react to any post. I was expressing my frustration with the information I knew at the time. I am not sure how that makes me stupid (I definitely would concede ignorant in the lcd screen shortage), but if it makes you feel better to think so... by all means knock yourself out. You're right though, I guess I could blindly defend any criticism (justified or not) that is leveled at AW but that would make it a crowded forum as you pretty much have that position covered. But please, continue to hold that torch.

So when did you order yours? I placed my order 6/20 and paid in full the following day... Just trying to get an estimate. My billing has been done for 5 days now.... Not getting impatient, just anxious to get it....

a lot of us have ordered way before that, and i dont think anyone is out of Phase 3 yet (by the web site)

IDK, i was given bad information when i called on the status of my M7700 back in the day, web site said Phase 3, called/email them an they say its in like phase 4/5. a week later i get a call that they are out of screens and was delayed a month!

Good news!

Just spoke w/ AW billing department, they already have all my parts and the remaining balance on my order is being processed today! LOL It should be moving into assembling in 24 hours from now. Couldn't be happier!!!

They told me the same thing last Thursday... Seems no action on my order yet...

I would call Customer Service and ask about it as the "Billing Department" could be wrong.

I just got off the phone with Alienware, the backordered parts are expected to arrive on July 4th which is a week from today ><.... Anyways, noone is going past Phase 4 untill then, so we must wait!

Yeah man! They told me that they already have all my parts available! With that said and done, they got me in touch w/ Billing and I already gave the okay on the remaining payment. We'll see what happens! I'll keep yall posted!

I spoke with Ana just now too and she said it should be jumping into Phase 5 soon but I had to tell her about teh back ordered parts and then she saw. She said that it said the parts are expected to arrive by July 4th. Ana is not the reliable so dont listen to what she says ;-) She told me I had all my parts untill I mentioned if the backordered parts were in.
