Holy Moly - Look at us, we are all going/acting crazy...

We need to get a hold of ourselves!!!

After calling AW a couple of times - I have come to realize that no one at AW is really that reliable. Read some other posts - CS, billing, sales, they always say different things - and sometimes, none of those things they say are true...

I really figure NONE of us will be receiving anything until after the 4th. So I am going to play some xbox 360 until then and not worry about it...

before I found out about the shortages, I was freaking because we are going on vacation the rest of this week - and I was dellusionally thinking it would ship, and I would miss it, and they guys at fedex would be playing on it the whole time I was away...

Now at least I can enjoy my vacation knowing it is still in pieces at AW.

Haha FedEx guy - you won't be playing on my laptop!!!

I ordered mine on 12 May. I think I got everyone here beat. If any of ya'll get yours shipped before mine, it won't be the FeDex dude playing with it -- it'll be ME!

Would KILL MANY to get the shipment before July 2nd

I forget when i ordered mine but i'm pretty sure it was between may 25th and june 1st but anyways, does anyone know if alienware will ship them as completed or build a bunch and ship them all at once.... and if the later, is it likely that i will be in the first shipment or not?

That is for the few who recieved that e-mail from AW. Some of us didnt recieve that e-mail from them. Probably because we ordered ours way in advance.

Obsidian yours probably will not be out of phase three until middle of july. Just because you paid in full doesnt mean it is in production yet. We pre-ordered ours. with a $500 down payment.

Witchdoctor should be the first to get his being that he ordered his well in advance from the rest of us.

When I called today I spoke to.. Lisa? Alicia? something like that. She told me that I was in assembly. So soooon.

At this point, I don't care who gets theirs first anymore (since I know mine is delayed for parts)

I would just be happy with some pics and some user reviews...

I am taking my dell disparon 6000 with me on vacation to check the boards for reviews and such...

So, Witchdoctor, you had better have the digital camera charged and ready when yours arrives...

I don't know what you mean, they don't ship not yet released items. If they did, they'd be released.

The m9700 went into production last week. The first ones to order were at the front of the line. Anybody up front that had all the parts in stock when they pulled them will get their machines, anybody that had a part on backorder will have to wait.
