Need Some Help - MSN Game Installer - Rights Issue?

Ok.. have a very weird issue and I can not find support for it anywhere!

I have 2 systems connected to a domain. Users have FULL ADMIN rights to the domain/system. No issues.

Problem: Going to MSN -> Games and trying to play Zuma (for instance) a window pops up, needs to install activex and so on. However it fails. I have set security to low, I have done EVERYTHING imagineable to get this to work. It won't.

However, when I log on as Administrator to the domain on this machine or the other one, it works just fine.

What the hell is going on? What am I missing? Its not a critical issue, but the users would like to be able to play games from time to time. Support is non existant and I have read over all the info and done all the normal crap. Cleared cookies, history, files and blah blah.

It doesn't make sense. Can anyone help?

Thanks!
