Say what you want about Dell customer service (I've never used it, so don't know first hand what they're like), but accurate shipping dates would be _really_ nice 
Mine arrived today, except I wasn't there 
Now I gotta wait till Wednesday. They have to take it back to the warehouse, then they try again Wednesday. I was soooo close!
Still, at least it is in the country, and soon it will be mine!
