Gateway MX6450 Blinking Caps/Num Lock LEDs

Thread Starter
We've got a MX6450 motherboard here from a computer that had presumeably Coke spilled all over it, I cleaned it off hoping to get it working.

The board turns on, and stays on, but there is no video output to the LCD or external monitor. Every 5 seconds or so the Caps and Num lock LEDs blink once simultaneously. Anyone know what that could mean? I ask in case its something easy to fix.

(The system has the processor, heatsink/fan, memory, LCD and keyboard installed.)

Thanks for any help!

They're not supposed to be blinking. They're supposed to be either on or off. Hmm, I don't know what that means though. Is it just the light that blinks?
