Starcraft...

Ok let's face it. Starcraft looks terrible on our machines because you can't change the resolution which is, I believe, 640x480. I've looked all over the net and I can't seem to find any patches or anything. Does ANYONE know of any resolution patches or anything of the sort? We should try to figure this out because it will make the game 1000x better!

god..please le me know if there is a patch..i still play starcraft and it look horrable on my 9300.

heh...I just installed it on my toshiba. It had been so long since I played it. Forgot the build orders and stuff. But somehow my brain remembers all the keyboard shortcuts as if I never stopped playing.

I think the reason why the resoultion can't be changed directly in Starcraft is because it will give people with higher resolutions a larger playing view field, which would be a BIG advantage over someone using a smaller resolution.

Though, this game is so old I really think the entire map can be displayed on our screens at once, even the 256x256 maps.

Though, I play starcraft all the time on my 9300; the stretched feeling of it isn't a problem to me. I don't mind it myself.
