TV Tuner with Windows MCE

I recently sent my EX7 in for warranty work and when I got it back the system won't recognize the TV tuner. Tech support suggested I make sure the video card is seated properly, but how do I get to the card without removing the 20 some odd small screws and disassembling the entire laptop? Also, won't it void the warranty if I do take the laptop apart?
On a seperate note, they want me to return the DVD burner for a new one, so is there an easy way to remove it without taking the whole machine apart?

The TV Tuner card is in a Mini-PCI slot under the keyboard. It is not difficult to get to this card. If you call HyperSonic, they will walk you through it step by step if you are not sure.

As far as the optical drives, they are also easily removable. There is simply a bay cover and a screw that must be removed on the bottom of the machine which will then allow the optical drive(s) to slide right out. The user manual actually covers this procedure in case you need to reference it.

OK, I should read my reference books a little more carefully, and I just got an email from tech support telling me the same thing you did, Thanks for the help.

No problem. Feel free to post again if you have any more questions while trying to fix the problem.
