Can a nVidia or ATI graphics card be installed on a Lifebook E8110 laptop? All it has at its basic level is an integrated Intel graphics adapter and I was wondering if something like a GeForce Go 7900 could be installed on it. I'm thinking of buying one of these laptops and if I can't put in a new graphics card I'll have to look for something else (which is somewhat problematic since there aren't many higher end laptops available where I live, best available is an Inspiron with a T2400 and a Geforce Go 7800, but even that one seems rather rare).
I know the GPUs on older laptops were soldered in and that newer ones have PCI-E slots (some of them at least), but there's also the question whether this particular laptop has the physical room available inside to accomodate the GPU.
So, anyone who is knowledgable about the internal layout of the E8110 around? Any help is appreciated.
