Here Select "Audio Drivers".

For some reason they failed to include it under 9400/E1705 also.

Thanks, now I wonder what they give for $25 if it's a free download from Dell site ?

they download it for you, and charge only $25 for labor.

it's not a free download. You have to download the invitation and pay Creative $20 for the actual software

and trust me I know...the download for the full thing is over 70megs

This is probably what you're missing. It's the first option under audio drivers.

I downloaded the non-invitation version and the sigmatell highdef audio drivers from the Dell page, it solved my crackle problem in Unreal Tournament 2004. I dunno whats up with the $25 fee for having the good driver pre-installed, but it seems to be available free from their site. Maybe not all the fake-surround or 5.1 output stuff, but at least better sound in games.

I bought Creative SB Advanced Audigy MB software from dell. I paid again for the license. I want to install it on my HP Pavillion dv6000 laptop. I am not able to install the software on my laptop. It gives an error. Help me out!!!
