for the specific model, which, I am pretty sure, is NOT the latest forceware. The stupid thing is that the nVidia drivers are working perfectly, if one changes the .inf file just to allow the setup process to proceed. In their downloadable form, these drivers do not install if a specific GPU from a list is found. This list is in the .inf file that comes with the drivers.
