I recently purchased a used laptop with a 14.1" TFT that displays natively at 1400x1050. The default Windows XP font is VERY small and hard to read. I've tried messing around with the font sizes (In Display Properties) and have had a bit of success fixing things. Anyone else struggle with this? Any tips for making things a bit more readable? Perhaps different themes or fonts?

(Turning ClearType on certainly helped)
