Cracked Case

After less than a year of sentia ownership, my laptop case has cracked .

Ive owned many laptops, and this is the first that this has happened to, though dont get me wrong, apart from that, its a great little machine! Just a little annoyed that its so fragile.

I have contacted UK cs and sent pictures of it, hopefully the front panel will be replaced!

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did alienware do for you?

How come it isnt covered? Even with an extended warrenty or something it still isnt complete care style like you can get from Dell?

lol...that wasnt from negligence, ive treated dells much worse than this, and they are perfect!

I dont care what u did 2 ur dell, THAT crack is the very definition of "Negligence"!!! roflol It's not like you were opening the lid, and BOOM crack- haha

Seeing as NOONE in my 2-1/2 years here, or even irl has ever put such a dent in a system and cliamed it to be normal wear and tear- it seems u have failed to meet the criteria that most all other reasonable people did something other thatn what u did in order to avoid such damage.

On a related note:
It is negligent of you to purport this damage as normal wear whereby sullying the good reputation of this product, these forums, and the people that use it.-
