I'm a GS-11 Communications Specialist/Quality Assurance Evaluator for the Air Force .. I oversee the operations and maintenance of a satellite communications facility (two 52 terminals and a Milstar terminal). All the maintenance is contracted so I evaluate the contractors to make sure the government is getting what they payed for in terms of what was bid on.
