there are a couple of quirks about it, but once i get used to it, it won't bother me
i was going to switch the Fn and ctrl, but i got used to the ctrl where it's at, so i won't bother switching
1. No right ctrl and alt keys
2. sometimes when holding the shift key and typing, if i'm not 75% on target of the shift key, it will disengage
3. the keyboard flexes, it doesn't bother my typing, but just curious as to why this is
4. the cdrom eject has to be pressed for a couple of seconds before it pops out
i haven't had the time to properly set it up because of school, i just installed the basics and started using it. The screen IS NICE though, although as aforementioned, i don't see the big deal in the viewing angle. i wish it was glossy like the 4080, but i use it at the native 1600x1200 and am surprised i can see EVERYTHING no problem.
i was afraid my eyes were going bad and i would have to increase the font size and al lthat
we'll see how nice it looks when i install redhat w/ ximian!
