I think Dell Customer service is like playing the slots. What did you win? It's pretty random.

Anytime you get that big, service is going to suffer.

If you can get a 1440x900 glossy screen then I'd go for that over a 1920x1200 anyday. You get the same benefits of the glossy display yet you can game with that thing at native resolution for a longer time than you could with a higher res. display.

You could have gotten an M1710 off Dell Outlet. I paid $2100 for mine with the 7900 GTX thanks to the 30% off outlet coupon last week.

Yeah but I don't want a M1710 unless I can get it for under 2,000 dollars.

Grats on the Alienware, my 9300 is still kicking ass and taking names in games, so I can afford to give it a year before I consider upgrading again. I just want from a 9100 to a 9300 (sold the 9100 for the same price as I bought the 9300), put about 500 worth of items into it, and for 500, it will do me well for a year.

Yeah I buy a new laptop about every year now, and I think it's ok if you use your PC for work, and entertainment, and you basically use it every single day of the week like myself lol. It's not really that bad of an investment.
