Hi guys, this is my first post. I have been reading a lot on this forums and I think the forum is great so I decided to start participating on it. I sold my desktop (a64 3700+, 2 gb ocz, 7800gtx, raptor 74 gb ) to get a gaming notebook.
I have decided to go with a E 1705 (with 7900 gs ,2 gb ram)because the m1710 is too expensive.
I have a 3 questions:
1)Is it worth it to spend $200 more on a T2500 instead of a T2400??
2)I´m going to order it just with 512 mb and then upgrade to 2 gb (2x1gb)because dell´s memory upgrades are too expensive.
What are the differences between ddr2 533 or ddr2 667?? Is there a significant improvement??
3)What set of 2 gb (2 x 1gb) dual channel would you recommend??
