I haven't used the Avermedia Tv tuner,would like to plug a video camera into the 9860 to use as a monitor for backing trailer..The camera has a RCA video out..Can this be done.
Also
What the heck is the "dongle" with the Red,Green,Blue
RCA in plugs for..
