International Warranty in Lenovo laptops?

Thread Starter
I'm a student in California but i'm from Spain and I'm thinking of buying a laptop Lenovo 3000 N100 068928U but I have some questions about warranties because I'm going back home the next July:

Does the warranty include Worldwide assistance, I mean, it's a International Warranty? Spain included?

How can I buy a extended warranty like Warranty Service Contract: 3-year depot repair (Part# 41C9170). It's valid for a international warranty?

Thanks in advance,

Basically, the most reknown Thinkpad series caries internaitonal warranty among the majority of their models (T-line, can be extended to R models for some additional bucks at the time of purchase). There are few T model types (such as 2363 or something like that) that carries US-only warranty (hence being considerably cheaper then similarily configured international model), it can be easily checked by Lenovo site IWS check-up.
Having said that, Lenovo N100 series apparently doesn't intend to offer international warranty at all, neither any longer then 1 year (unlike Thinkpads most on which come with 3 years as a standard).
Since N100 line targets consumer market, I guess Lenovo decided not to offer international coverage for this line, but only for the country of original purchase.
Check their site, I hope I'm wrong though...

I bought my T41p in Canada and have had it serviced in Mexico many times. I don't know about newer models, but if warranty is as good as it has been for me, it's a huge plus.
