Hard case for 19" Laptop

Hi there,

I'm wondering if anyone knows about a small (well as small as possible lol) hard case for a 19" laptop, in particular for the Aurora mALX.

I'm a flying gamer (lots of Virgin Atlantic), at the moment I cart around a Dell XPS 2 (17") without too much of an issue.

I think a 19" laptop may be a bit much to have as hand luggage but wanted to research this before making my final decision.

I'm in the UK if it makes any difference (although I can order to an address in the US), I have done my own Google searches but no joy.

I think hard cases are better than backpacks for flying as the staff generally assume they take less space.

A case for a 19" laptop? Yeah right... there wouldn't be any point in taking it on a plane anyway, you'd never be able to fit it on the food trays and it would probably be too heavy to put on your lap.

Not to use! I totally agree with you in terms of using on a plane, no I was talking about hand luggage as I prefer not to check a laptop into normal baggage on a plane - as the luggage handlers tend to chuck those bags around....

not that i know of... its a hard enough thing finding a good hard case for a 17inch xps m170.... for that i use the aluminum case by matias. but as far as i know the hard cases on the market only extend up to 17 inch compatable.
