hmm, i find it odd that the only way to get the replacement is to PM that guy. Oh well, worth a shot.

edit...ok, just pmed him, well see what happens i suppose.

I'm currently on the list to get my 2407 replaced by A02.

me too... I receive A00 (LOL) so I am on the list...

to be honest A00 doesnt look that bad.

yeah, the banding on A01 wasn't all that bad either, i just figured might as well get a new one if i can.

Did you do it via PM to that guy on the dell boards you posted the link too? I did, but havn't really heard a hell of a lot back from him. Took me 3pm's for him to reply with "you're on the list"

Another update:

I recieved revision A02 of the 2407 today, and there is no color banding, so i am happy. Order with confidance now.
